ORDER PROCESSING
Orders placed on 21apollo.com are processed Monday–Friday and shipped within 1 business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day. Once your order is processed and shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information.
DISCLAIMER: Cancellation and address modification requests for orders already in transit cannot be accommodated.

We offer free shipping within the UK:

EUROPE SHIPPING
Delivery to most European countries:
- Standard – £5 (Delivery in 3-5 business days)
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We ship worldwide to most countries:
- Standard – £10 (Delivery in 4-7 business days)
CUSTOMS & DUTIES
- All shipments include customs duties and taxes in the price.
- There are no additional fees upon delivery.
ORDER TRACKING
- A shipment confirmation email with your tracking number will be sent once your order is dispatched.
- Track your order through the Royal Mail website to view delivery updates.
DAMAGED OR LOST PACKAGES
If your order is damaged during shipping or lost:
- We will resend your order at no additional cost.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
We do not ship to:

If your address cannot be serviced, you will be notified to arrange an alternative solution.
RETURN GUIDELINES
RETURN POLICY
You have 7 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return for items purchased on 21apollo.com.
To qualify for a return:- Items must be in new and unused condition with original tags attached.
- Items must be free of stains, damage, or wear.
- Final sale items and items like undergarments or swimwear cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
- Preloved Fits items are non-returnable.
HOW TO INITIATE A RETURN

2. Include your order number and photos of the item.
3. Our team will respond within 3 business days with further instructions.
RETURN SHIPPING FEES
- Domestic Returns (UK): Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the error is ours (e.g., wrong item shipped).
- International Returns: Customers must cover shipping, duties, and fees for returns.
REFUNDS
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method once we receive and inspect the returned items.
- Please allow 7-10 business days for the refund to reflect, depending on your bank.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
EXCHANGES
We do not offer exchanges. Please return the item for a refund and place a new order for your preferred item(s).
